Introduction of "Delivery Notifications" service

1. What is "Delivery Notification" service? Upon registering for the "Delivery Notification" service via our "Speedpost Online Account Zone", you will be notified via e-mail of the successful delivery of Speedpost items.  Currently, the list of designated destinations for this service includes CHINA, MAINLAND, JAPAN, KOREA, SOUTH, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and AUSTRALIA. Many more destinations are lined up to be added for your convenience. 2. Who is eligible to use the "Delivery Notification" service? All Speedpost account customers may register for using this service via our "Speedpost Online Account Zone". 3. When will a delivery notification be sent out? A "Delivery Notification" will be sent out as early as 1 working day* after a Speedpost item is successfully delivered. * Subject to the information updates from overseas postal administrations and/or data exchange performance. 4. Does the "Delivery Notification" service apply to all Speedpost items? This service is applicable to any Speedpost item sent via a valid Speedpost account to those designated destinations, including CHINA, MAINLAND, JAPAN, KOREA, SOUTH, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and AUSTRALIA. 5. What is the benefit of using the "Delivery Notification" service? You can enjoy greater peace of mind by being informed of the delivery status of your Speedpost item(s) sent to those designated destinations. 6. Do I need to pay for using the "Delivery Notification" service? The "Delivery Notification" service is available free of charge. 7. How do I register for the "Delivery Notification" service? To register for the "Delivery Notification" service, simply login to the "Speedpost Online Account Zone" and follow the steps below: - Select "Delivery Notification" - Enter your "e-mail address(es)" (a maximum of three e-mail addresses). 8. How can I change my e-mail address for receiving delivery notifications? Simply login to the "Speedpost Online Account Zone" and select the "Delivery Notification" page. Enter a new e-mail address to replace your old one. Press CONFIRM.
