Item Packaging and Posting Preparation
After checking postage, delivery time, latest time of posting and relevant posting information, please follow the below procedures to prepare your item(s):
5.1 Fill in Posting Form (Pos 460);
5.2 Fill in required Customs Declaration Form(s)
(Pos 401C / Pos 401D / Pos 401G);
5.3 Affix the Agreement Number Barcode Label to both the item and the Posting Form (Pos 460).

Payment
The service fees charged for Speedpost services are listed in a single monthly bill. The billing cut-off date is the last day of each calendar month. Customers may settle their account by cash or EPS at any post office counter, or by cheque via post or Autopay. For billing enquiries, please call 2921-2248.
Check Postage
Select Speedpost service type (e.g. Speedpost or Speedpost Freight), destination country / territory and type of item, and then input weight of item. Press "Submit" to calculate the required postage.
